2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 91, 137(2), 140(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that on 20.11.2024 at about 2:30 PM, informant had gone to the matrimonial house with her husband where, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted her with intention to kill the baby in her womb. Husband of the informant in his statement, recorded

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21465 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 under Section 183 of the BNSS, has also supported the prosecution case.
