2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 338 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. One Madhav Yadav is the assailant of the deceased. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail. The petitioner is in jail since 23.08.2023.

4. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge if charge not already framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria /concerned court
