2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 74 and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that all the accused persons named in the F.I.R., including these petitioners, assaulted informant and his family members. It is further alleged that co-accused Mukesh Sharma and Sunny Kumar Sharma assaulted informant by means of iron rod and handle of hand pump.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17496 of 2025(2) dt.08-04-2025 2/3 behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. As per F.I.R., specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Mukesh Sharma and Sunny Kumar Sharma. So far as these two petitioners are concerned, there are general and omnibus allegations and there is no specific accusation of overt act. Doctor has found the injuries, allegedly caused by these petitioners, to be simple in nature. Petitioner No. 1 is a lady and has got no criminal antecedents and Petitioner No. 2 has got one criminal antecedent in which he is already on bail.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and nature of injuries sustained by the injured, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to these petitioners is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No.
