JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Raniganj PS Case No. 289 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation in brief is that one country made loaded pistol and live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in custody since 10.8.2017, though he has three criminal antecedent but in one case FIR is against unknown but has not been remanded in that case.

Having considered the serious criminal antecedents of the petitioner the prayer for bail at present is rejected, However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
