JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-10-2021 Mr. Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner has appeared on instruction of Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel submits that he has instruction to withdraw this application giving an understanding that the petitioner will surrender and seek regular bail in the learned court below within four weeks from today.

In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the same will be considered without being prejudiced by the earlier order of rejection, however, the same shall not be treated as granting any interim protection to this petitioner.
