This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Barari PS Case No. 48 of 2019 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

In the instant case, 15 liters of country made liquor was seized. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 13.02.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 13.02.2019, this application is allowed.
