2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 07.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41451 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the report of Trial Court dated 02.04.2024 reveals that the case is pending for evidence and out of six charge-sheet prosecution witnesses, only four witnesses have been examined so far. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2019 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.
