I have perused the materials available on record particularly the order under review. After going through the order under review, the court is of the opinion that order in the writ petition was passed after examining all the materials on record. There is no point for reviewing the earlier order. The review petition stands dismissed.
However, if the petitioner feels aggrieved with the order of the writ court, he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
