Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No.924 of 2025 has been filed for restoration of Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 17166 of 2018 to its original file which was dismissed due to non prosecution on 24.02.2025. Counsel further submits that reasons for none appearance has completely been explained in the present application and he also submits that such mistake shall not take place in future and he is ready to deposit a cost of

Patna High Court MJC No.924 of 2025(3) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Advocates' Association, Patna High Court.

In this view of the matter, the present Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No.924 of 2025 is hereby allowed and let, Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.17166 of 2018 be restored to its original file subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) by Counsel for the petitioner payable to Advocates' Association, Patna High Court.
