JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, the petitioner and her husband Deo Prasad took the complainant in confidence and allured him that they would get his two sons appointed in Health Department on payment of Rs.5,00,000/- but they did not provide job to the complainant's sons even after such payment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged amount has been taken by her husband and the petitioner has no concern with that. It is also stated that a case has already

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitoner, namely, Bharti Devi, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Complaint Case No.952-C of 2013 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri N.P. Singh, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bettiah, District- West Champaran, subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
