Petitioner is an accused in a case for the offence registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Sessions Trial No. 202 of 2019 arising out of Bihra P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.07.2019.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner by contending that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and the death of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15636 of 2020(8) dt.09-11-2020 2/2 deceased has been caused for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Hence, this is not a fit case for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Jagdish/- U T
