The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ayer P.S.Case No. 10 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that receiving sacred information that arms are being manufactured in the school campus, police raided the place and recovered one country made rifle and 2 live cartridges kept on sofa and the petitioner was also present there. Submission is that recovery is not from the possession of the petitioner rather from the school premises and he has been falsely implicated in this case and has been in custody for last 05 months having no criminal antecedent.
