That the present application is being filed against inaction on the part of the respondents who have neither started the process for appointment nor completed the process of appointment of 4th Grade employee from Umidmar peon even after observation given by the Hon'ble High Court, vide order dated 23.11.2017, passed in CWJC No. 7652 of 2011.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, releasing the fact that now no class four post exists, seeks liberty
