2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rahui (Wena) P.S Case No. 381 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 423, 441, 467, 468, 472, 474, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation, against the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is to have fraudulently executed the sale deed with respect to the land in question on collusion with the officers and staff of the registry office

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is simply a witness of the sale

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.,-1st, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Rahui (Wena) P.S Case No. 381 of 2023 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
