Patna High Court CWJC No.8037 of 2012 (5) dt.19-08-2016 2/2 payments of pension and gratuity in favour of the petitioner have been duly authorized.
Considering the above, this application stands disposed of.
It is made clear that the petitioner will be at liberty to raise his grievances before the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur, in relation to non-payment of any remaining amount or less payment of any amount, by filing a representation within a period of two weeks from today. If he does so, the grievances of the petitioner shall be looked into by the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur (respondent No. 4) and redressed within a period of one month thereafter.
