Revision has been dismissed as well as the order dated 26.09.2016 passed by Smt. K.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44516 of 2018(2) dt.02-02-2023 2/2 has dismissed the complaint case filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 203 of the Cr.P.C."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, to which the learned A.P.P. for the State has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
