====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2026 Heard learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners; learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners, after some arguments, considering that informant has brought on record the criminal antecedents of all the above named petitioners, seek to withdraw the present bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18080 of 2026(4) dt.15-07-2026 3/3 applications with a liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail.

3. The petitioners, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail. In that case, the learned District Court may consider to disposed of the bail application of the petitioners on the same day on the basis of material which has come in course of investigation and pass reasoned order without being prejudiced by the earlier order.

4. Learned District Court is also directed to verify the affidavit filed by the informant before this Court giving information regarding the criminal antecedents of the petitioners. In case, it is found that to mislead the Court, the same has been filed before this Court, appropriate action is required against the informant in such circumstances.

5. Accordingly, the present bail applications stand disposed of.
