ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners, who are father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ben P.S. Case No.35 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though allegations have been made in the F.I.R. against these petitioners, in fact, subsequently, on investigation, the case has

It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that when the deceased committed suicide, these petitioners helped and tried to take her for treatment, but she died on the way. Considering the present facts and circumstances of the case and the materials which have surfaced in the case diary, let all the three petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Ben P.S. Case No.35 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
