The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 29/2019/ Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 3.5 liters of illicit Mahua liquor from the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 11.02.2019.
