The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bishanpur P.S.Case No.93 of 2013 registered under sections 498A, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

The petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail vide order dated 10.2.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.34196 of 2014.

The petitioner was ready to keep his wife on any undertaking but he did not agree to live with his wife and consequently, the original bail application of the petitioner was rejected. The husband and wife did not agree to live with each other. Thereafter, the petitioner filed this application for extension of time to surrender in the court below.

Considering the facts that the petitioner has already availed the privilege of provisional bail but he could not resolve the dispute with his wife, I do not find the case fit for extension of period. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
