The petitioner is father-in-law who has been in custody since 20.04.2018 in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 198/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific role has been assigned to the petitioner and he had himself surrendered before the Court and is languishing in jail since then. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is an aged person, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M.,
