2. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody since 28.04.2017 and has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017 having earlier been rejected by orders dated 16.01.2018 and 24.08.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 2193 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 34349 of 2018, respectively.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
