In the present case, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that an order dated 3.8.2016 has been passed by the Under Secretary, whereby and whereunder, the claim of the petitioners has been rejected. He further submits that the petitioners may be given liberty to challenge the same.

Liberty is granted and, thus, there is no need to proceed further.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
