The petitioner has been in custody since 03.04.2018 in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 58/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been named and has attacked with Dabiya on the informant and her husband, the injuries purported to have been inflicted, have been found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that there was no repetition of blows. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also that the petitioner has no criminal
