The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 420, 406, 494, 495 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant has performed marriage of his daughter with one Rajeev Bharadwaj. Said Rajeev Bharadwaj never took his wife to his working place. He performed marriage with another lady namely Khusbu Thakur who is working in the company of Rajiv Bharadwaj. On quizzing about his second marriage, accused persons assured the informant to divorce the said Khusbu Thakur.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19457 of 2019(6) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He has been falsely implicated in the case merely because he happens to be brother of Rajeev Bharadwaj. There is no allegation of any sort against the petitioner. Said Rajeev Bharadwaj has been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68830 of 2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Complaint Case No. 145C of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
