JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH) 15-11-2016 In the last week when this review application was taken up the Advocate on record Sri Ram Naresh Sharma informed the Court that the review petitioner would be arguing the matter in person. We accordingly requested him to inform the review petition that the matter will be taken up today and passed over the matter.
Today neither the petitioner in person nor any Advocate on record is present.
We have perused the record. The petitioner is claiming to be a duly appointed lecturer in an affiliated college.
Patna High Court C. REV. No.100 of 2015 (3) dt.15-11-2016 2/2 There was dispute with regard to mandatory appointment. He had filed a suit and approached up to Supreme Court. He then filed a writ application claiming the same relief and after its rejection he has filed Letters patent Appeal which was also dismissed. We see no reason to interfere with this review application. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
