This is an application for regular bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P. S. Case no. 04 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 307, 353 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioner and other accused persons is that on the basis of specific information, informant along with other police personnel proceeded to nab the accused persons, who assembled near a temple in order to commit some heinous crime. On seeing informant along with other police personnel the accused persons started fleeing away and also fired upon the police in which informant sustained fire arm injury but all the accused managed to escape from the place taking advantage of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59028 of 2017(2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 darkness. It has further been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated accused have already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court, as stated in paragraphs-11 and 12 of the bail petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P. S. Case no. 04 of 2017.
