The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 307, 120(B), 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. There is specific allegation against the petitioner to fire upon the deceased.

In the facts and circumstances of the case considering the fact that petitioner is a main assailant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. According his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Nathnarayan (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015 from the court of the learned Sessions Judge in S.T. No. 604 of 2016, Distrcit-Bhagalpur.
