Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is father-in-law of the victim of dowry death. Wife of this petitioner has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 13.10.2017 in Cr.Misc.No. 44688 of 2017. Some other co-accused persons have also been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 13.10.2017 in Cr.Misc.No. 44709 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59727 of 2017 (3) dt.11-01-2018 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Islampur Police Station Case No.167 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
