2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case, the informant, who operates one CSP of the State Bank of India, on 07.03.2022 at about 10.55 PM while he was returning home after withdrawing Rs. 2,10,000/- in the meantime, three masked men surrounded him and on the point of gun, they looted cash, cheque, different IDs and mobile phone from him and fled away after threatening him with dire consequences. Therafter F.I.R. was lodged against unknown persons under the above-mentioned sections.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of other co-accused persons.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is involved in the present alleged occurrence . Petitioner has got 2 criminal antecedent of similar nature .
6. Considering the nature of accusation , criminal and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
