This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhairab Asthan P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017 for offences under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 29.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17875 of 2018 with an observation to renew the prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the charge has been framed against the petitioner by order dated 15.05.2018.

No. 134 of 2018 arising out of Bhairab Asthan P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, I, Madhubani.
