JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2022 The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.09.20218 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, District-Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017, whereby and whereunder cognizance has been taken under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to raise all the issues raised in the present petition before the learned trial court at the time of framing of charge.
