Taking into account the order dated 30.10.2012 by which the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Pandarka P.S. Case No. 17 of 2012 (Sessions Trial No. 316/2013) took cognizance against the petitioner under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, a decade has passed and lot of water have flown down the ganges, it would be an appropriate for the petitioner to cooperate in the trial, if still it is pending and raise all the points available to them before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage.

The petition is without any merit and is accordingly
