JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no. 7700 of 2016, which had stood dismissed on account of non-prosecution by an order dated 28.11.2018.

The petitioner submits that the Counsel could not appear before this Court since he was ill and to that effect, the medical prescriptions have been annexed to the present petition.

For the reasons mentioned in the petition, the present restoration petition is allowed and the writ petition
