The petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to make available to him the arrears of salary from March, 1994 to July, 2009 and August, 2009 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.5540 of 2020 dt.03-12-2021 2/3 February, 2017 and for payment of interest on such amount because of the delayed payment.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for no apparent good reason, the arrears of his salary is not being made available to him. He has further submitted that under similar circumstances, some other persons who had approached this Court were paid the salary after this Court passed an order on 03.12.2018 in CWJC No. 12457 of 2015.

The petitioner is, under the aforesaid circumstances, directed to make a fresh representation before the Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara (respondent no. 5) within a period of four weeks, who on receipt of such representation, shall verify all the facts and shall ensure that if at all the petitioner is entitled to be paid arrears of salary, that should be paid to him without any delay or else serious view in the matter would be taken. The petitioner would also, along with the representation, annex the copy of the order by this Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.5540 of 2020 dt.03-12-2021 3/3 in CWJC No. 12457 of 2015 which has been adverted to in the present petition. The concerned respondent shall also consider that the petitioner is required to be paid interest on the delayed payment of the arrears of salary. With the aforesaid direction/observation, this writ petition is disposed off.
