2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 604 of 2023 registered for offences under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-b)2, 26(3), 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The police got a secret information that an illegal arms factory was being run by the petitioner in his furniture shop. The police raided the shop and found a gun factory. Semi finished pistols etc., have also been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case by the local police because the petitioner was not obliging the local S.H.O.

5. The petitioner from whose shop an arms factory has been found does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.

6. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.

7. The petitioner must surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.

8. If such a petition is filed in the court below for grant of bail, then the same may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
