The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No.431 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272/273/308 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 5 litres country made liquor from possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent, he has a fair antecedent barring one case in which he is on bail and he is in custody since 12.09.2017. No.61005 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 custody already undergone, I direct the petitioner named above to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd Cum Special Judge (Excise), Siwan in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No.431 of 2017.
