The petitioner has been in custody since 17.03.2018 in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is humbly submitted that the alleged recoveries were made from one Vikash Kumar Singh and not from the present petitioner.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
