The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner surrounded the brother of the informant and attacked on his head with intention of murder.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No injury has been

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.N. Tripathi, J.M. 1st class, Masaurdhi in connection with Masaurdhi P.S. case No.650 of 2017.
