This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Forbesganj Police Station Case No. 873 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38(I) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 2084.240 litres of Indian made foreign liquor has been recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail after completion of six months of custody, on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
