2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 483 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 352, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant by means of fists and slaps and also created hindrance in official duty.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not

He further submits that the petitioner is Mukhiya, therefore, he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has got ten criminal antecedents as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of case and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) anand/- U T
