The writ petition has been filed raising a grievance that monetary benefits on account of first and second Assured Career Progression have not been made available to the petitioner.

It is apparent from the statements made in paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the amounts, found due and admissible, have been paid to the petitioner vide Bill No 265/14, 266/14-15 and 283/14-15 and deposited in her Savings Bank Account No 3316176657.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if she is aggrieved by the amounts paid, it will be open to her to agitate the issue before the competent authority.
