For consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2020, the matter is pending before the Secretary, Agriculture Department, as per submission of the petitioner's counsel.

The petitioner has claimed pay-scale of Rs.20003800/- with effect from 24.01.1994 to 31.12.1995, which, he claims, has been granted to other similarly situated persons, with all consequential monetary benefits.

Since the limited grievance is pendency of the petitioner's representation, writ application need not be kept
