JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 27-07-2018 From perusal of the cause title of the petition, it appears that the bail petition has been filed on behalf of two petitioners, namely, Bindeshweri Yadav and Mukesh Kumar, but in the order dated, 24.07.2018, name of only one petitioner namely Bindeshweri Yadav has been mentioned and name of another petitioner namely Mukesh Kumar has been left to be typed inadvertently and consequently in the said order, in place of "petitioners", "petitioner" and in place of "they have", "he has" has been inadvertently typed.

Hence, the aforesaid order is rectified to the aforesaid extent and the aforesaid order shall be read in favour of the petitioner no.2 Mukesh Kumar as well.
