JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2023 The petitioner has filed this writ application contending therein that on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner, an inquiry was held and it was found that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9399 of 2015(5) dt.23-01-2023 2/2 Respondent No. 13 was having a property disproportionate to his income.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the Department of Vigilance, Government of Bihar and Vigilance has taken cognizance of it and started investigation. In view of the statement made by the State and the fact that the complaint of the petitioner has been considered by the Vigilance Department, I do not find any reason to entertain the writ petition, particularly when the petitioner is not an aggrieved person.
With the above observations, this writ application is disposed.
