On account of non-compliance of peremptory order relating to Cr. Misc. No.57966/2018 the same stood dismissed. There happens to be no cogent, legal occasion to stale the peremptory order as the petitioner failed to explain the same whereupon, Cr. Misc. No.57966/2018 is dismissed. However, petitioner will be at liberty to file another petition in case so desires.
