JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 The learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in the light of the order dated 15.10.2015 passed by this Bench, the final order has been passed on 12.12.2015 by the Additional Collector (Ceiling), Gaya disposing of the petition filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 9(2) of the Land Ceiling Act. According to him, the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed; therefore, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3632 of 2012 (8) dt.18-01-2016 Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, since it has become infructuous.

However, it is clarified that, if anyone including the intervenor is aggrieved by the aforesaid order dated 12.12.2015 or any other order passed in the land ceiling case, then he/she/they shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate authority/forum/court for grant of appropriate relief(s).
