The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections-366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for petitioner tried to convince about the false implication of the petitioner but I am not, at all, convinced with submission and taking note of the statement, made by the victim recorded u/S 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Korha P.S.
