The learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on the other hand, submits that the present writ petition is misconceived at this stage, and the petitioner ought to have approached the prescribed authority for redressal of his valid grievances and for mutation of lands in question, but, without doing that, he has straightaway come to this Court in the present proceeding, which is not maintainable at this stage. Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
