Mr.Uday Chand Prasad, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Instant petition under Sections 439 and 440 of Criminal Procedure Code has been moved for grant of bail in F.I.R. No. 157 of 2016, dated 06.05.2016, registered at Police Station Mahua under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposes the present application. He, however, clarifies that during trial, prosecution shall not take any unnecessary adjournment and ensure, insofar as possible, that witnesses would be examined on the date fixed by the trial court.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that if
